Beverly Hills real estate has long been some of the most expensive and sought after.  Many movies have helped exacerbate that fact, showing sprawling mansions of famous entertainers, business leaders, and their relatives who have benefited from all of that hard work!

From the world-famous shopping on Rodeo Drive, to The Beverly Hills Hotel and Greystone Mansion, and the highest end of the high end of real estate (think Beverly Park, Bel-Air and other enclaves) there is no shortage of luxury and aspiration.  Even locals love to take a tour of famous homes and landmarks.  Because as much as they don’t want to admit it (especially in Beverly Hills), most people are curious and nosy enough to be interested!  And when iconic homes like the Playboy Mansion sell for $100M, the curiosity doesn’t subside!

Beyond the luxury is the central location.  From Beverly Hills, you can get anywhere in Metropolitan LA “in 20 minutes”…which of course is Angeleno speak for “it depends on traffic”!
