Welcome to Redondo Beach

Is Redondo Beach the best last affordable city in the South Bay? That question can be answered with, “Define affordable”. When compared to most of Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach, then you can make a very strong case for that statement. Compared to most of the rest of the country, well that’s a different story!

There are still homes under a million dollars in RB, and that’s a good thing. How long that continues remains to be seen. There are so many good reasons why Redondo is closing the gap between the other two sister/brother(?) cities mentioned above including a proposed full rejuvenation of the waterfront (get a great idea of the plans with this ~11-minute video and website), and the fact that Manhattan and Hermosa continue to be out of reach for the vast majority of buyers.

With great schools, relatively affordable homes, and big improvement plans, Redondo Beach is as desirable as any beach city in Southern CA!
